We accept Medicare and most third party insurances. Please call Gretty Hernandez, LPN at 407-447-5971 to schedule your appointment. Enrollment papers will be sent to you. Be sure to fill them out, include any medications, natural and herbal supplements that you may be taking, and bring them along with your insurance information to your first appointment.
